Reinhard Eugen Tristan Heydrich, 1904-1942.  Nazi SS Obergruppenführer; tendency of the Gestapo.  Rare indeed signed book from Heydrich's characteristic library, signed Heydrich, with naval rank, on the enhancement free endpaper.
